Important Information: 

REGISTRATION PROCESS

Please click the Registration button above. 
The first step with the online registration system is to record your personal details on your own 'registration dashboard’. If you have already completed it from last year, you will not have to repeat this, just login to your  'dashboard by entering your email and password. Should you do not remember your email and password, please contact Daniela at ASN Events (email) and she will re-set it for you.
As you complete any section of the 'dashboard’, you will receive a confirmation email.
You can use your email and password to access your registration at any time to make any necessary changes, coming back to it over a period of time as you are ready to confirm more details.     

Registration at a Member Rate
The discounted rate is valid for ENSA Members only. For more details on how to became a member of the ENSA and get all the membership benefits, please visit www.ensa.org.au/membership/

        CONFERENCE DINNER:

  • Location: Adelaide Oval (War Memorial Dr, North Adelaide, SA 5006)
  • Cost: The cost of the dinner ticket is included in full delegate registrations 
  • Additional conference dinner ticket: partner tickets can be purchased for $110AUD per person

       ESA/SRB  One Day Registration
      This includes:

  • Access to all ESA-SRB sessions on the selected day

REGISTRATION PAYMENT

A secure site is provided for online payment of your charges. This has its own section on the 'dashboard’. The payment options are:

  • Credit card - Visa, Mastercard or AMEX is accepted but a surcharge applies for all credit card payments:
    • Payments by MasterCard and Visa attract a 1.15% surcharge, which will be automatically added to your payment prior to processing.
    • Payments by AMEX attract a 2.85% surcharge, which will be automatically added to your payment prior to processing.
  • Cheque (either personal or from your institute)
  • Direct debit (you will be emailed banking instructions upon application) 

An Australian Tax Invoice will be provided for all registrants once registered. You can reprint this and your receipt from your 'dashboard’ at any time. 
The ABN for the conference is 90 093 246 176. All rates quoted include GST and are in Australian dollars. 
All online registrations are checked by the secretariat. If there is any query they will contact you. If you wish to make changes or additions after you have registered, return to your 'dashboard’. The dashboard also keeps a record of any abstract you have submitted.

REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

Early Bird Payments 
Early Bird Registration closes Friday, 16 June 2018.  Payment must be received for early bird registrations no later than 16 June 2018 or the early bird discount will be forfeited. 

Cancellations 
All cancellations must be in writing and sent to Daniela at ASN Events (email).

  • If you have gone ahead and registered, and then changed your mind - please let us know within 24 hours of registering to avoid any cancellation fees. 
  • Registration cancellation outside the 30 days prior to the conference, a $100 cancellation fee applies. 
  • Registration cancellation within 30 days prior to the conference, no refund is available and full registration cancellation fees apply.

Insurance
The registration fee does not include insurance of any kind and the Conference Secretariat cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. Delegates are encouraged to make their own insurance arrangements to cover any loss caused by unforeseen delay, circumstance or cancellation.
