WHAT IS THE 'ONLINE' REGISTRATION?
The registration dashboard is a unique online system, which provides delegates with an effective and efficient way to register and look after all aspects of the conference themselves prior and post conference. You can re-visit your registration dashboard at anytime to make a payment, edit/begin your abstract or download your invoice.
If you have previously registered for a conference run by ASN, you would have more than likely developed your own registration dashboard . If so, when registering for this conference - please enter your email and password under 'returning delegate', and click on 'ENSA 2024'.
If you are yet to register for a conference run by ASN - you will need to set up your own registration dashboard and therefore you will need to click on 'register as a new delegate'. Once you have filled out your details, you will have now developed your own 'Registration dashboard'.

REGISTRATION PAYMENT
A secure site is provided for online payment of your charges. This has its own section on the dashboard. Only payment in Australian Dollars via VISA, Mastercard or Bank Transfer will be accepted. The payment options are:
* Credit card - Visa or MasterCard (additional fees apply) Payments by MasterCard and Visa attract a 1.25% surcharge and a 2.95% surcharge by AMEX, which will be automatically added to your payment prior to processing.
* Direct debit - you will be emailed banking instructions upon application. A secure site is provided for online payment of your charges. This has its own section on the ‘dashboard’.
All rates quoted include GST and are in Australian dollars. All online registrations are checked by the secretariat. If there is any query they will contact you. If you wish to make changes or additions after you have registered, return to your ‘dashboard’. The ‘dashboard’ also keeps a record of any abstract you have submitted.
CANCELLING YOUR REGISTRATION WILL INCUR A FEE!
Should your circumstances change, and you are unable to attend the conference, you must contact Joy at ASN Events via email joy.s@asnevents.net.au **no later than 35 days prior to the commencement of the conference. A cancellation fee of $100.00 will apply** to cover administration costs incurred in relation to your registration. Should you cancel less than 35 days prior to the commencement of the conference, no refund will be payable.
In accordance with the above policy, cancellations made:
Before Friday 4 October 2024 will be eligible for a full refund less $100 cancellation fee.
On or after Friday 4 October 2024 will not receive a refund, however, delegate substitution is possible.
DELEGATE SUBSTITUTION
In the event you are unable to attend the conference, substitution of your registration is available to an unregistered colleague or friend by writing via email to Joy at ASN Events. **Any reimbursement for registration and additional costs must be sought directly with the new attendee.**
